Shipping & Returns
We know how excited you are to receive your package, and we know how it is waiting and checking your status every 5 minutes (we do it too lol)
Generally, it takes 5-8 business days after your payment is processed, but we'll try to get it out to you as soon as we can. DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, ORDERS CAN TAKE UP TO 15 DAYS. PLEASE EMAIL REGARDING ANY ORDER QUESTIONS (firstname.lastname@example.org). You can sign up for shipping notifications to be sent straight to your phone. Please don't schedule your hair appointment until AFTER you recieve your package.
All of our packages will require a signature unless noted, so someone will need to be there to sign. Any questions with your orders, please feel free to contact our customer service team through email (email@example.com) or by phone (440-941-GLAM).
We DO NOT allow online orders to pick up orders in store. If you would like your order the same day, please stop by to purchase in store.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
Due to important federal laws and health regulations, we adhere to a strict policy that we will no longer accept returns. We have no problem with helping to assist you with questions you need answered before you purchase.
With the COVID-19 pandemic, we will not accept any returns in our store under any circumstances. Please continue to stay safe and wear your mask while coming inside our location
